Alumna Recognized for Dedication to Improving Migrant Health

Emily Sinnwell

To commemorate its 30th anniversary, Migrant Clinicians Network (MCN)—a nationwide nonprofit that works with clinicians who serve migrant populations—launched 30 Clinicians Making a Difference.

UI College of Nursing alumna Emily Sinnwell (BSN ′09; MSN ′12; DNP ′14) was among this select group of clinicians to be honored by MCN.

Sinnwell, ARNP, FNP-BC, received this recognition because her proven dedication to migrant health was deemed to be making one of the biggest impacts for farmworkers in the entire country.
