I hope all is well for you! I thought of you today and just thought I would send you a warm & fuzzy messege. I want to send a sincere thank you for helping me through my journey of becoming a nurse! You were more inspiring to me than I think you know, and I am forever grateful. You helped me through hard times, when I could have given up in my dreams.

Well now, I'm happy to say my dreams have come true and I am challenged to formulate new goals for myself. I have been a nurse on Burn and Trauma unit at UIHC for about a year and a half, and will soon be transferring to the new hospital's PICU. After orientation and acclimation, I will continue on to be half time PICU and half time Burn & Trauma, which is a wonderful opportiny to become a resource for both units. I'm not quite sure  what the future holds beyond that, but I can't say enough how you impacted my life and I'm sure the lives of many other students like me.

After the loss of Jo Eland I thought it extra important this holiday season to remind those who inspire me know just how truly on wonderful  they are. If you haven't heard it today, you've made a difference to me, and that is something worth more than can be expressed.
