That’s a Wrap: Steelman Completes Term as AORN’s President

In addition to managing all the important responsibilities that come with being a full-time faculty member, UI College of Nursing Professor Victoria Steelman has also spent the last year serving as president of the Association of periOperative Registered Nurses (AORN)—a specialty organization with more than 41,000 registered nurse members. Talk about a full plate!

MNRS Award Winners Abound

When the Midwest Nursing Research Society (MNRS) holds its 39th Annual Research Conference in Indianapolis in April, the organization will be presenting many significant awards—several of which will be headed into the hands of UI College of Nursing faculty and staff.
