Jessica Anderson, DNP, ARNP, FNP-BC

Instructional Track Lecturer

Dr. Anderson has been providing primary health care to individuals and their families across the lifespan as a family nurse practitioner in rural Iowa for 10 years. She was employed as a Family Nurse Practitioner at the Henry County Health Center Physicians and Clinics in Wayland and Winfield, IA. In her role, she provided primary health care through prevention, management and maintenance of health conditions across all lifespans. Regarding her teaching experience, she was a Faculty Practitioner for MSN and DNP courses at Mount Mercy University Martin-Herold College of Nursing and Health and she has served as a clinical preceptor for UI College of Nursing MSN and DNP students for several years.
