This helpful guide, designed by Iowa's Csomay Center for Gerontological Excellence and the University of Missouri-Columbia Sinclair School of Nursing, will give you the information you need to manage a grant.

Young Scientist Program
The University of Iowa College of Nursing Young Scientist Program provides year-long mentored research experiences for undergraduate nursing students. The opportunity to participate as a YSP student is open to all undergraduate and RN-BSN progression students. This innovative program is sponsored by The University of Iowa Provost's Office, the John A. Hartford Center of Geriatric Nursing Excellence, and the Nancy Stence Creason Nursing Young Scientist Scholarship. University of Iowa College of Nursing Faculty, Postdoctoral Fellows, Doctoral Students and UIHC Staff are encouraged to participate as a mentor with an active clinical nursing research project.
