UI’s Online Nurse Residency Program Helps Health Care Provider Achieve ANCC Accreditation

Presbyterian Healthcare Services of Albuquerque, NM, just received American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) accreditation for its Transition to Practice and Perioperative programs.

The ANCC accreditation program recognizes the importance of high-quality Continuing Nursing Education (CNE), interprofessional continuing education, residency and fellowship programs, and skills-based competency programs.

Nurse residents from the Iowa Online Nurse Residency Program present projects to nurse leaders in Northwest Iowa

Crawford County Memorial Hospital in Dension, Iowa hosted the District A Iowa Organization of Nurse Leaders Meeting for the month of September. During this meeting, two nurse residents from the Iowa Online Nurse Residency Program had the opportunity to present their residency project to the group of approximately 30 nurse leaders from Northwest Iowa.  These residents did an excellent job working to improve care at their facility. Topics includ
