The Health Systems: Administration/Executive Leadership program prepares the next generation of leaders to reshape health care, nursing practice, and the workforce through individualized career planning and mentorship. We provide you with the knowledge and skills to:

Develop the workforce and other stakeholders to perform in a complex environment
Impact sustainable outcomes for populations and health systems

System-wide influence: chief executive officer, chief nurse executive, chief program officer, senior policy officer, health care executive, chief innovation officer, chief population health officer 
Organizational-wide influence: chief nurse officer, director of advance practice providers, vice president of health services, chief experience officer, regional director of care coordination, director of innovation
Service/program-wide influence: quality improvement director, education director, public health analyst, professor, academic program administrator
