Congratulations to IONRP alum, Cassy Frederick, from Floyd Valley Healthcare on the success of her nurse residency project. Frederick implemented the use of the EASE application, a cloud-based application that enables nurses and other healthcare professionals to send secure texts, photos, and video updates to a patient’s designated loved ones during their surgical procedure.

"We have had 100% patient and family satisfaction with it! It was easy to learn and continues to be easy to use. I am very thankful I was able to participate in your residency program and implement something that is making such a difference for our community!" said Frederick.
