Dr. Ann Weltin has been a nurse practitioner for nearly 30 years and has been teaching future nurse practitioners for the past 12 years. She is certified in both family practice and midwifery. She currently practices at Crescent Community Heath Center in Dubuque, organizing the Title X program. Dr. Weltin is passionate about women’s health and working with underserved populations.
