The University of Iowa College of Nursing has a legacy of excellence in nursing administration, one of the college's top-ranked programs that prepares nursing leaders. The college's Nursing Systems Administration (NSA) program builds on that reputation and prepares clinicians to exhibit mastery of nursing and health care leadership skills and abilities.
Program Design
The NSA program prepares clinicians to exhibit mastery of nursing and health care leadership, innovate with new models of care, coordinate actions in the workplace, manage a team, or several nursing units, an entire department, or an entire health system. Our program is designed to ensure that you become well-versed in managing teams, delivering care to diverse settings and populations, and to innovate with new programs and models of care.
