Dr. Hannah Armstrong has been a dedicated obstetrics and gynecology (OBGYN) staff nurse with University of Iowa Health Care since 2017. Throughout her time in both Labor & Delivery and OBGYN Outpatient Clinics, Dr. Armstrong has brought compassion and expertise to every patient she cares for. In 2023, she earned her DNP from the University of Iowa College of Nursing, focusing on health systems and education—a reflection of her deep commitment to nurturing the next generation of nurses. 

Dr. Armstrong truly loves mentoring students, guiding them with patience and encouragement as they navigate their nursing education and take their first steps into the professional world. She finds joy in helping students grow both personally and professionally. Currently, Dr. Armstrong teaches Senior Internship, Community/Public Health Nursing Practicum, and Introduction to Clinical Concepts.
