More than 9,500 University of Iowa undergraduate students were named to the dean's and president's lists for the fall 2025 semester. From the College of Nursing, 469 were named to the dean's list and and 132 to the president's list. .

To be named to the dean’s list, College of Nursing students must be participating in clinical courses, have a total of 12 semester hours of earned credit; and have eight semester hours of graded credit with a grade-point average (GPA) of 3.50 or higher.

To be named to the president’s list, a student must have a minimum 4.0 GPA in all academic subjects for the preceding two semesters, with a total of at least 12 semester hours of graded credit with a 4.0 each semester.
