My research interests include teamwork and communication in the intraoperative setting and improving health systems for employees and patient outcomes. I've worked with Dr. Groves and Dr. Bunch on two research projects including "Patient Voices in Hospital Safety during the COVID-19 Pandemic" and "Nurse Managers' Professional Quality of Life During the COVID-19 Pandemic".
