I serve as a college faculty HR representative (a liaison for CON faculty and the Provost Office). My key responsibilities include overseeing faculty onboarding, carrying out annual and periodic peer review processes, managing promotion and tenure reviews, coordinating faculty searches, and other procedures and processes related to the faculty life cycle.
