My research focuses on promoting healthy and happy aging by developing nonpharmacological interventions that support cognitive and physical well-being in older adults. My dissertation explores the association between rest-activity rhythm, positive affect, and cognitive function to identify potential interventions for dementia prevention. Additionally, I am engaged in projects using AI to predict health outcomes, with the goal of empowering older adults to age with health and happiness.
